Xbenbot® Warranty Policy
At Xbenbot®, we take pride in the quality of our products. All our products are covered by a comprehensive warranty to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.
1. 24-Month Warranty Coverage
All Xbenbot® products, including smart lawn mowers and robotic pool cleaners, come with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and issues with electrical components under normal use.
What’s Covered:
- Defects in materials or workmanship.
- Electrical component failures (under proper usage conditions).
- Any malfunction caused by normal usage during the warranty period.
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
- Products that have been modified or altered.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.
- Damage due to external causes such as accidents, improper storage, or environmental factors (e.g., extreme weather conditions).
- Products used in environments that exceed the intended use, such as indoor products used outdoors.
2. Hardwiring and Installation Costs
Xbenbot® is not responsible for any costs incurred during the installation or removal of products. In the event of a failure, we may request photos or videos for diagnostic purposes. If required, the product must be returned to us for repair or replacement.
If you choose to hardwire or install the product, any costs related to uninstalling and reinstalling the product will not be covered by Xbenbot®. If your product has been hardwired by an electrician and fails, it may still be covered by the warranty at our discretion.
3. Warranty Claim Process
If you encounter an issue with your product, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue, including clear photos or videos for diagnostic purposes. If you cannot provide photos or videos, it may limit our ability to resolve the issue.
2. Assessment: Our team will assess the situation based on the information provided. If necessary, we may request that you return the product to us for inspection and repair or replacement.
3. Resolution: If your product is deemed defective, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Repair: We will repair the defective component and return the product to you.
- Replacement: We will replace the defective product with a new one.
- Refund: In rare cases, a full or partial refund may be offered depending on the nature of the defect.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For warranty claims, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Xbenbot® for inspection. If the product is found to be defective under the warranty, Xbenbot® will cover the shipping cost of sending the repaired or replaced product back to you.
5. Warranty Exclusions
Xbenbot® does not cover the following:
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
- Damage caused by improper installation or hardwiring.
- Products that have been altered or modified in any way.
- Products that are out of the warranty period.
6. Limitations
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Xbenbot® or an authorized reseller. Warranty claims for products purchased through unauthorized channels may not be honored.
