Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom. However, within the United States, we do not deliver to the following areas:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- American Samoa
- Guam
- Northern Mariana Islands

Delivery Time
Our delivery times are based on strict estimates of average shipping durations. Please note that xbenbot® does not guarantee exact delivery dates for all orders.
- Free shipping is available for all orders.
- The average shipping time is 10-20 business days.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once processed, packages are transferred to the shipping carrier within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 6 PM (Monday to Friday) or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Note:
During holidays, weekends, or special promotions, processing times may be extended by 3-5 calendar days due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these periods. Additionally, during the Chinese New Year holiday, order processing times may be extended by 15-20 days.
Shipping Notifications
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from the logistics provider. Please note:
- It may take 1 business day for the tracking information to update after shipment.
- If you do not receive a tracking number, it may mean your order is still being prepared or the tracking information is not yet updated. Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your package on time, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as:
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, xbenbot® cannot guarantee delivery dates.

- You can track your shipment at 17Track or on the UPS website using the tracking number provided in your shipment email.
2.Accurate Information:
- Ensure your name, address, and contact details are accurate when placing your order to avoid delivery issues.
3.Inspecting Your Package:
- Check your package upon receipt. If it appears damaged or deformed, do not sign or open the package. Instead, contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.
4.Shipping Changes:
- Once a product has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping method. If you need to change the address before shipment, please contact us promptly at [email protected].
5.Multiple Items:
- If you order multiple items, we aim to ship them together. However, some items may be shipped separately due to availability or shipping methods. You will receive a separate shipping notification email for each shipment.
6.Order Cancellations:
- If you cancel an order more than 1 hour after placing it, you may be responsible for any return shipping costs. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
7.Incorrect Address:
- If a package is lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will bear the loss. xbenbot® will not replace or refund such orders.
