Xbenbot® Refund and Return Policy

At Xbenbot®, we offer returns and refunds for defective products only. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or partial refund of the product. Final resolution for defective products, including any refunds for product costs and/or shipping charges, will be determined on a case-by-case basis at Xbenbot®’s sole discretion.

Warranty

All Xbenbot® products, including our smart lawn mowers and pool cleaners, come with a 24-month warranty covering properly used electrical components. Misuse or improper use of the product voids the warranty. The resolution of any product failure will depend on the source of the issue, and will be determined in consultation with you.

Warranty Coverage for Installation

Xbenbot® is not responsible for any costs incurred during the installation and/or removal of products. If your product fails, we may request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and, if necessary, require the product to be sent back for replacement or repair. If you choose to hardwire or install the product, Xbenbot® is not responsible for any costs incurred during uninstalling and/or reinstalling. If your product was hardwired by an electrician and fails, we will cover the failure under our 24-month warranty at our sole discretion.

Return & Exchange Conditions

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must not be working due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the product.
  • The product must be in good physical condition with no signs of damage, and original packaging must be intact.
  • All accessories and promotional items included with the purchase must be returned in new, unused condition.
  • Returns or exchanges without prior contact will not be accepted.
  • A 50% restocking fee will apply to any rejected orders that are returned.
  • Non-quality related issues cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following non-quality-related issues:

  • Dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preference.
  • Sensory differences such as color or texture that may vary due to differences in screen display.
  • Size discrepancies that arise due to buyer preference or misunderstanding.

Return Procedure

Please contact us at [email protected] to inform us of your return or exchange request. Provide a brief description along with clear photos and videos of the product and the issue. We require this information for diagnostic purposes, and failure to provide the necessary documentation may limit our ability to resolve the issue.

Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 3 days. The replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item. If a refund is approved, we will notify you, and the refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.

Return and Exchange Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the product until it has been received and verified by us. Please provide a tracking number for the return shipment.

Damaged in Transit

We recommend opening your package immediately upon delivery. If your product is damaged during transit, please report the damage within 14 days to be eligible for replacement. Damages reported after this period will be subject to our general return and refund policy.

If you believe your product was damaged in transit, please email [email protected] within the 14-day claim period, providing:

  • Clear photos and videos of the damaged product.
  • A photo of the outer packaging and shipping label.

Lost, Missed, and Stolen Packages

Xbenbot® takes all necessary precautions to ensure safe delivery by using high-quality courier services. You can track your package in real time using the tracking number provided. However, Xbenbot® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as “delivered” by the shipping service.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected]. After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer possible, and the product will be shipped. Once the product is shipped, our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply. For orders returned to us due to rejection at the carrier level, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
